Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) is an OASIS standard for modeling and executing business processes by orchestrating Web Services. The current process modeling techniques do not directly provide user the possibility to reuse previous modeled process elements as building blocks in future process modeling. Process Fragment is an emerging concept, which enables users to encapsulate reusable and self-contained business logic. The objective of this diploma thesis is to extend the Eclipse BPEL Designer with a fragment modeling capability which supports modeling, extracting and annotating BPEL process fragments. | |
